The one thing I really love about our small kitchen is that it forces us to ask, "What kitchen shit do we just not need," instead of, "Wherever shall we put the second toaster? The appliance garage is simply packed!"

Ooh, those are nice. I cannot wait until we get to the kitchen, but alas, it is unlikely to be any time soon. Until then, I can merely dream . . .
